Exclude criteria1.Pregnant 2.Lactating 3.Acute organ failure (e.g., pneumonia, acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction, diabetic ketoacidosis, and hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state) 4.Congenital cognitive disorders
