Secondary Outcome2 step test, functional reach, bend forward, body measurements (Height, Weight, BMI, Waist circumference), Accelerated photoplethysmography, PWV, Blood pressure, Heart rate valiability, Salivary amylase,muscle hardness, skin condition, blood examination(general items, d-ROM, BAP) before and after intervention
