Primary OutcomeFrequency of alarm of showing SpO2 less than90%, Respiratory rate (RR) less than10 breathes per min or apnea
Secondary Outcome1. Differences of RR measuring by 3 monitors using respiratory sound, plethysmography and ETCO2 2. Changes of RR by sedatives 3. Differences of sensitivity of respiratory depression and apnea by 3 monitors 4. Depth of sedation
