Primary OutcomeAnthropometric measurements were taken before and after the intervention.
Secondary OutcomeThe participants completed the following questionnaires: Eating Attitudes Test (EAT-26), Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scales (DASS-21) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-14) before and after the intervention.
