Exclude criteria | Patients who are psychiatric illness or suspected encephalopathy (drug overdose, hepatic failure) leading to difficulty in scoring their discomfort and severe respiratory or hemodynamic instability which could not allow patients take off NIV mask for evaluating oral dryness. |
