Primary OutcomeThe effect of components of MS and insulin sensitivity after 10 months and further after 2 years of intervention.
Secondary OutcomeThe effect of BMI, blood pressure, lipid, blood glucose after 10 months and further after 2 years of intervention.

Include criteria
Exclude criteriaThe subjects who take medication for hypertension, dyslipidemia and diabetes.
