Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Comparison the inhibition of platelet aggregation of clopidgrel between CYP2C19 wild type and reduced function polymorphisms judged by 13CO2 breath test.
• Secondary Outcome: Comparison the activity of CYP2C19 judged by 13CO2 breath test between the CYP2C19 wild type and r polymorphisms determined by gene analysis.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20years-old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Male
• Exclude criteria: The history of allergy to proton pump inhibitor Liver dysfunction (AST>100IU/L ALT>100IU/L) Granulocytopenia
