Primary OutcomeComparison the inhibition of platelet aggregation of clopidgrel between CYP2C19 wild type and reduced function polymorphisms judged by 13CO2 breath test.
Secondary OutcomeComparison the activity of CYP2C19 judged by 13CO2 breath test between the CYP2C19 wild type and r polymorphisms determined by gene analysis.
