Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Study 1) FSSG (Frequency scale for the symptom of GERD) scores and findings of gastrointestinal fiber (GIF). Study 2) Reduction in FSSG scores.
• Secondary Outcome: Association between concomitant drugs and FSSG scores.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20years-old
• Age maximum: 80years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: 1) Patients with malignancy whose prognoses are predicted less than 6 months. 2) Patients with severe heart failure or hepatic failure. 3) Patients who have epigastric symptoms other than GERD. 4) Patients who have histories of renal transplantation.
