| Exclude criteria | past of arrhythmia cardiogenic shock NYHA class IV congestive heart failure despite treatment sinus bradycardia at rest (<50/min) second -or third-degree AV block clinical hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism Doctor's decision not to register to this regimen |
