Intervention(s)

Patients with osteoporosis who are going to receive bisphosphonates are randomly assigned to 2 study groups. Group A receive patient education with information about 10-year fracture probability using FRAX.
group B followed current practice.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: persistence with bisphosphonate therapy
• Secondary Outcome: compliance with bisphosphonate therapy change in bone mineral density

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 40years-old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: patients who are inappropriate to receive bisphosphonates
