| Exclude criteria | rhythm other than sinus, dysthyroidism, renal failure requiring hemodialysis, current use of antiarrhythmic drugs, repeat pulmonary resections, moderate or severe valvular heart disease, and recent angina pectoris or myocardial infarction ( <1month) |
