Intervention(s)It is given the test capsule containing leukotriene receptor antagonist(montelukast Na 10mg): 1 capsule per 1 day for a week before the Japanese cedar pollene provocation test. It is given the placebo capsule containing lactatose powder: 1 capsule per 1 day for a week before the Japanese cedar pollene provocation test.

Primary OutcomeEffect of leukotriene receptor antagonist
Secondary OutcomeSerum and urinary oxidized stress substances concentration. Nicotid Oxide concentration in nasal cavity

Exclude criteriaPregnancy, potential pregnancy, and breast-feeding patient.
