Intervention(s) | Patients are treated with an intravitreal injection of 1.25 mg bevacizumab (avastin) between 2 and 5 days before trabeculectomy, then treated with trabeculectomy. Patients are treated with trabeculectomy without an intravitreal injection of bevacizumab (avastin). |

Primary Outcome | Intraocular pressure levels after trabeculectomy |

Secondary Outcome | Bleb formation Inflammatory reaction in anterior chamber. |

Exclude criteria | Patients who have been previously treated with trabeculectomy. Patients who had been treated with bevacizumab within recent 2 months. |
