| Include criteria | |
| Exclude criteria | Patients with a history of large bowel resection within three years before the start of the study. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Patients with familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer. Patients using farnesyltransferase inhibitors regularly. |
