The Long term prevention progaram based on a incentive model after 6 month intensive health education program.
The self control after a 6 month intensitve health education program.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Incidence of diabetes
• Secondary Outcome: Weight control, physical activity,dietary habits

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 18years-old
• Age maximum: 65years-old
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: drug treatment of diabetes past history of coronary heart disease Past history of stroke
