• Exclude criteria: High risk patient for esophageal varices rupture Malignant disease except hepatocellular carcinoma Allergy for 5FU, cisplatin, or interferron Severe heart disease psychiatric disorder Uncontrorable pleural effusion, ascites, or cardiac effusion
