適格性

選択基準 / Include criteria

1)本試験の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、文書で参加に同意した者
2)肌の乾燥や吹き出物等の肌荒れが気になっている20歳から59歳までの日本人男女（共にハーフ・クォーター不可）
3)排便回数が週に3回～5回程度で便秘気味を感じている者
4)試験日程に必ず参加できる者（日程変更不可）
5)日誌・アンケートに自身で記入ができる者、及び採便のできる者

除外基準 / Exclude criteria

1)重度の花粉症の者
2)アトピー性皮膚炎などアレルギー疾患を有し、医師管理下で投薬を受けている者
3)現在、何らかの慢性疾患を有し、薬物治療等を受けている者
4)生理前後に肌状態が変わる者（悪くなる人）
5)乳製品にアレルギーがある者
6)試験開始前1ヶ月以内に、他の臨床試験またはモニター試験に参加した者、本試験期間中に他の臨床試験に参加を希望する者
7)試験開始1ヶ月以内に本試験結果に影響する可能性がある医薬品・医薬部外品（便秘薬や整腸剤、肌荒れ改善薬等）を日常において使用している者
8)試験開始1ヶ月以内に本試験結果に影響する可能性がある健康食品、特定保健用食品を日常において摂取している者、また、試験中に摂取する予定のある者（便秘薬や整腸剤、肌荒れ改善薬、コラーゲン、セラミド、アミノ酸、プラセンタ、オリゴ糖、食物繊維、乳酸菌・ビフィズス菌・納豆菌、大麦若葉、青汁などの生菌類含有食品および健康食品）
9)妊娠している者、試験期間中に妊娠予定、希望がある者、授乳中の者
10)試験期間中に海外や国内旅行に行く予定がある者
11)試験期間中に転勤・引越しなどの生活環境が大きく変わることが予定されている者
12)その他、試験責任医師が健康面、生活面含め被験者として不適当と判断した者

• 除外基準 / Exclude criteria: 1)Severe hay fever 2)Those who have allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis and who are receiving medication under the supervision of a doctor 3)Currently, those who have some type of chronic illness and are undergoing drug treatment 4)Person who changes skin condition before and after menstruation 5)Persons who are allergic to dairy products 6)Those who participated in other clinical or monitoring studies within one month prior to the start of testing, those who wish to participate in other clinical trials during this study 7) Those who routinely use medicines and quasi drugs (constipation medicines, intestinal preparations, rough skin remedies, etc.) that may affect the results of this test within one month from the start of the test 8)Persons who are taking health foods, foods for specified health use, which are likely to affect the results of this test within the first month of the test, and those who intend to intake during the test 9)Those who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant during the examination, those who have hope, those who are breastfeeding 10)Those planned to go abroad or domestic travel during the examination period 11)Those who are scheduled to undergo major changes in the living environment such as relocation and relocation during the examination period 12)In addition, those who judged that the examination responsible doctor is inappropriate as a subject including health and living aspects
