適格性

• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20歳以上
• 年齢（下限）/ Age minimum: 20years-old

選択基準 / Include criteria

1:収縮期随時血圧145㎜Hg、または24時間自由行動下血圧計における24時間平均収縮期血圧135㎜Hgを超える患者
もしくは/且つ
2:eGFRが60ml/min/1.73m2未満のCKDステージ3以上の患者
で動脈硬化性腎動脈狭窄症(腎動脈エコーでPSV219 cm/sec以上の加速血流かつRAR3.5以上を認める患者)

除外基準 / Exclude criteria

末期腎不全維持透析中の患者
線維筋性異型性の患者
