Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

12-month prognosis of treatment with MTA cement for root-end filling
Normal occlusion with treated teeth

• Secondary Outcome: Evaluation of subjective symptoms by interview and change in bone formation by X-ray photography, percussion pain, occlusal pain, mobility test

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1.Cases diagnosed with apical periodontitis and radicular cyst
2.Indications for apicoectomy and root-end filling
3.Cases that can be followed up for 1 year after surgery
4.Men and women over 20 years old

Exclude criteria

1.Cases of dental resin allergies
2.Cases in which root fracture was revealed during surgery
3.Cases judged by dentists to be maladaptation
