• Intervention(s): Normal volunteers and patients of ocular surface disease (dry eye disease, Lid-wiper epitheliopathy or superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis) were measured the frictional coeffcient of ocular surface by ocular surface tribometer.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Frictional Coefficient, Reproducibility
• Secondary Outcome: adverse events

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Normal subjects and patients of ocular surface disease (Lid-wiper epitheliopathy, dry eye disease, superior limbic keratoconjunctivitis, etc.) The eligible subjects were >=20 years and written informed consent.

Exclude criteria

1.Active ocular infection
2.Corneal ulcer
3.Allergy of topical anesthesia
4.Pregnant, unwilling to practice contraception during the study,or lactating female
