Intervention(s)

People having the normal skin surfaces of the external aspects of the forearms and of the external aspects of the lower legs are used.
Apply the left side studying cream on the external aspects of the left forearms and on the external aspects of the left lower legs two times a day. Apply the right side studying cream on the external aspects of the right forearms and on the external aspects of the right lower legs two times a day.
Measure the water content of the corneum of every forearms and every lower legs on the starting day, after one week, after two weeks, after three weeks and after four weeks. The actual drug is the 0.3% heparinoid cream adding 5% trehalose. The placebo drug is the 0.3% heparinoid cream.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: The value of ASA-M3/R is correlated to the water content of the stratum corneum significantly.
• Secondary Outcome: Observe the subjective and objective differences between pre-treatment and after-treatment.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: On the external aspects of the forearms and the l ower legs of adults having the normal skin surface
• Exclude criteria: People having the inflammatory skin diseases for example the atopic dermatitis,etc. and the hereditary skin diseases for example the ichthyosis, etc..
