Intervention(s)Irradiate upper and lower leg spastic muscles three times with extracorporeal shock wave

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome1. Measurement of adjacent joint range of motion of irradiated muscle 2. Spasticity assessment with Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS)
Secondary OutcomeSpasticity assessment with Modified Tardieu Scale(MTS)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 2age old

Include criteria1. Central nervous disorder with spasticity in upper and lower extremity muscles 2. Orthopedic surgery, botulinum therapy, baclofen intrathecal treatment not received within the past 6 months 3. Written informed consent has been obtained from the person or the principal regarding participation in this examination
Exclude criteria1. Oral administration of anticoagulant 2. Patients with thrombosis, patients with malignancy Patients who have been receiving cortisone treatment for 3.6 months or more or who have not been 6 weeks since the last cortisone injection 4. May be pregnant or pregnant
