• Intervention(s): Sacral surface therapeutic electrical stimulation is conducted three times a week.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Change of estimated fetal weight, birth weight, birth height, Apgar score

Secondary Outcome

Measurement of fetus, amount of amniotic fluid, measurement of umbilical blood flow, measurement of uterine artery blood flow, measurement of fetal blood flow
Outcomes of delivery(gestational week at delivery, birth head circumference, birth chest circumference, pH of umbilical artery, mode of delivery, presence of labor induction, duration of labor, amount of postpartum hemorrhage and admission for NICU)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Female
• Include criteria: Fetal growth restriction with abnormal umbilical blood flow
• Exclude criteria: Fetal structural anomaly, chromosomal anomaly, etc
