• Intervention(s): PETMRI is performed one day after cryoballoon ablation.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Inflammation around the pulmonary vein after cryoballoon ablation

Secondary Outcome

1) AF recurrence in patients with or without inflammation
2) Unexpected admissions in patients with or without inflammation

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: < 80age old
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1. Patients who will undergo cryoballoon ablation
2. Be aged 20-80 years
3. Written informed consent

Exclude criteria

1.Pregnant, unwilling to practice contraception during the research, or lactating female
2.Sever renal or liver dysfunction: dialysis patients, eGFR <30mL/min 1.73m2
3.Patients with allergies
4.Patients with epileptic convulsions
5.Other patients who are inappropriate as participants of this study in the opinion of the investigator
