Intervention(s)Robotic-assisted group (30 cases): Performing percutaneous puncture under the assistance of ANT-C during CT-guided procedure. Non-assisted group (30 cases): Performing percutaneous puncture using manual adjustment during CT-guided procedure.

Outcome(s)

Primary OutcomeThe success rate of inserting a puncture needle into the targeted lesion.
Secondary OutcomeTime to successful puncture, number of iterations, fluoroscopic time, radiation exposure, total operation time, perioperational complication rate, and length of hospitalization.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 18age old
Age maximum<= 90age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria1. Patients between 18 and 90 years old who necessitate percutaneous CT-guided biopsy or drainage for further treatment at Nagoya City University Hospital. 2. Patients with target lesions measuring 10 mm or larger in the longest diameter. 3. Patients who were obtained written informed consent.
Exclude criteria1. Women with pregnancy or its possibility. 2. Patients under anti-platelet/coagulation therapy.
