Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 16age old
Age maximum< 50age old
GenderBoth
Include criteria(1) Schizophrenia patients, fulfilled the criteria of DSM-5, (2) ARMS patients, fulfilled the criteria of CAARMS(the Comprehensive Assessment of At-Risk Mental State)
Exclude criteria(1)Organic mental disorders, including epilepsy, having the history of head injury or alcohol dependence, (2)bleeding tendency or GI bleeding, (3)Mental retardation, (4)Infant(aged below 15 years old)
