Outcome(s)

Primary Outcome

Relationship between path integration performance and visual perception ability measured by VR goggles and volume of entorhinal cortex on MRI
Relationship between path integration performance and visual perception ability measured by VR goggles and neuropsychological test

• Secondary Outcome: Tolerance, safety, and operability of VR goggles

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 40age old
• Age maximum: < 90age old
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: MCI or early AD diagnosed by NIA-AA or DSM-5 criteria

Exclude criteria

Subjects that MRI study can't be performed, have major lesions in the brain on MRI, have serious
complications, were not suitable for this study by investigators
