Outcome(s)

Primary Outcomestride length, feet interval, gait rhythm,and the ratio of the actual walking route length to the linear distance connecting the start and the goal points
Secondary Outcome1.Each evaluation metrics was compared among groups of ataxic subjects, Parkinson disease subjects, and control subjects. 2.Correlations between each evaluation metrics and conventional clinical scales.

Include criteriaSporadic cerebellar ataxia patients who fulfilled the Abele's diagnostic criteria, MSA patients who meet the second consensus criteria with probable category, Parkinson disease patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of movement disorder society clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease, ALS patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of a revision of the El Escorial with clinically probable-laboratory-supported ALS category, and controls without gait disturbance and any neurological disorders.
Exclude criteriaA patient with a history of intracranial disease and spinal cord disease other than the target disease. Patients with sensory ataxia (patients with sensory disorders in the lower limbs).
