• Secondary Outcome: histopathological findings of targeted metastatic lymph nodes

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

(1) patients with histologically proven head and neck cancer and cervical lymph node metastases (N1~3)
(2) patients who will undergo neck dissection
(3) A written informed consent is obtained from the patient

Exclude criteria

(1) patients whose tumor invading neck tissue
(2) inappropriate patients who can not be joined this study by thier doctor's opinion
