• Primary Outcome: Gene expression in host cells of the intestinal mucosa

Secondary Outcome

1)LcS gene expression in intestinal contents
2)Microspatial analysis of LcS in feces, intestinal contents, and mucosal scraped samples
3)Bacterial flora composition in feces, intestinal contents, and mucosal scraped samples
4)Organic acid concentration in feces and intestinal contents

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Male
• Include criteria: Healthy men over 20 years old

Exclude criteria

Subjects with milk and / or soy allergies.
Subjects who refused to participate.
Subjects with a history of gastrointestinal surgery Subjects with oral medication due to a previous ill ness who refused to participate.
