• Primary Outcome: dynamic flow of the neck lymph drainage
• Secondary Outcome: numbers of fluorescent lymph nodes/numbers of dissected lymph nodes

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Patients with head and neck cancer who will underwent neck dissection and from who written informed consent is obtained
• Exclude criteria: patients with allergy to ICG
