Intervention(s) | This is an intervention study in which patients with atopic dermatitis and healthy subjects were subjected to asweat test using the IM method with a foot heat bath heat, which is not performed in ordinary medical care. |

Primary Outcome | Study 1) Presence or absence of eruption of the cubital fossa based on presence or absence of sweating disorder in patients with atopic dermatitis 2) Number of sweating enemies by IM method |

Secondary Outcome | Research 1) Presence or absence of the following clinical features based on the presence or absence of sweating disorder in atopic dermatitis patients: Properties of eczema of atopic dermatitis, presence or absence of white skin depiction, presence or absence of facial rash (erythema erythema on the face), Neck rash, Deck chair sign, Popliteal rash, Wrinkles on the trunk (abdomen), Palmar hyperlineality, Dirty neck sign, Amyloid lichen planus , Presence or absence of small blisters (swollen blisters) on palms, presence or absence of AD symptoms in summer (6,7,8,9), presence or absence of AD symptoms in winter (12,1,2,3) Different patient backgrounds based on the presence or absence of sweating disorders in patients with atopic dermatitis (Gender, age, duration of atopic dermatitis, complications, history of heat stroke, usage of therapeutic agents) Difference in disease load based on the presence or absence of sweating disorders in patients with atopic dermatitis (DLQI, if possible Work Productivity and Activity Impairment Questionnaire WPAI-GH) Difference in disease severity based on the presence or absence of sweating disorders in patients with atopic dermatitis (POEM, EASI, IGA, dry skin IGA) Study 2) Sweat drop diameter, sweat drop area |

Include criteria | Patients with atopic dermatitis and Healthy control aged 18 years or older who are hospitalized or are in hospital at Kobe University Hospital, Hiroshima University Hospital, Kawasaki Medical School Hospital, and Nagasaki University Hospital. |
Exclude criteria | Patients who have at least one of the following are excluded. 1. Patients who have difficulty performing a sweat test by Impression mold (IM) method 2. Pregnant and lactating patients 3. Patients under the age of 18 4. Patients who are considered unsuitable by the study personnel |
