• Intervention(s): Through the applicattion, they are supposed to make converastion with other participants. The conversation will be recored and scrutinized for this research.In addtion, they are required to their compatible test for evaluating the caregivers'burden and the status of BPSD every month.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: With the difference in Zarit score bewteen at entry and end of this study, we evaluate the effect of this application on the bourden of caregivers

Secondary Outcome

1.To evaluate how much BPSD score improves after using the application.
2.To evalaute how cognitive symtopms affect the scores of Zarit and BPSD after using the application, according to the severity
3.To examine the correlation between BPSD and Zarit at entry
4 To evaluate how much each item of BPSD, which is related to Zarit at entry, improves after using application, if the Zarit score improves in comparison with the score at entry.

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 20age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

1.Family caregivers of care recipients who are diagnosed as dementia besed on the DSM-V, and attend the geriatric outpatients of the Nagoya University hospital.
2.Care workers
3.Among them, those can handle the application

Exclude criteria

1.Those who cannot handle the application
2.Those who do not have the mobile phone and other device, which the application can be installed on.
