• Primary Outcome: Adherence rate for CPAP use (percentage of days with at least 4 hours of use per month)

Residual symptoms (e.g., drowsiness) after CPAP use
Frequency of insomnia complications
Productivity and activity
Sleep Satisfaction

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 18age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable

Include criteria

1. Patients who have been using CPAP for more than 3 months under health insurance coverage for sleep apnea syndrome diagnosed by nocturnal polysomnography.
2. Patients who are between18 and 90 years old at the time of the informed consent.
3. Patients who agree to participate in the study with the written informed consent.

Exclude criteria

1. Patients who meet the selection criteria and who have refused to participate in the study.
2. Any other cases who are regarded as inadequate for the study enrollment by the investigators.
