Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: The pneumococcal vaccination rates of PPSV23 and PCV13 in the population aged 65 and older and the population aged 19-64 with CMCs.

Secondary Outcome

1) The reason for vaccinated or not vaccinated in the populations aged 65 and older and the population aged 19-64 with CMCs.
2) The willingness of unvaccinated individuals to have pneumococcal vaccination in the future under current vaccination program

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: >= 19age old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both
• Include criteria: Individuals aged 65 and over and individuals aged 19-64 years with CMCs.
• Exclude criteria: No exclusion criteria
