Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

Age minimum>= 20age old
Age maximum< 46age old
GenderFemale
Include criteriaMothers who gave written consent and give birth through elective C/S and their newborns from Nov. 1st 2021 through Mach 31st 2023 in an Ob/ Gyn hospital( Sato Hospital) Parturients from 18 years old to about 45 years old (Ones who are comoetent to understand explanations) Parturients with GDM are not excluded because those managed in Sato hospital are in good control with no differences in preoperative IVs.
Exclude criteriapremature babies, twins, emergency C/S from electives, mothers with hypothyroid which contraindicates to preoperative Physio 140 injection
