• Primary Outcome: Identification of single-nucleotide polymorphisms at risk of developing vesicoureteral reflux by genome-wide study

Secondary Outcome

1. Correlation between international classification of vesicoureteral reflux and single nucleotide polymorphisms
2. Correlation between history of urinary tract infection and single nucleotide polymorphism
3. Correlation between the presence or absence of kidney scar and single nucleotide polymorphisms
4. Correlations between gender differences and single nucleotide polymorphisms
5. Correlations between bilateral/unilateral and single nucleotide polymorphisms

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: Not applicable
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Both

Include criteria

(1) Patients with primary vesicoureteral reflux diagnosed by voiding cystourethrography
(2) Patients who consented to participate in this study

Exclude criteria

(1) Patients with other hereditary diseases
(2) Patients with secondary vesicoureteral reflux
(3) Patients who do not consent to participate in this study
