Intervention(s)Training group: Participants perform for 20 minutes using the corsi block tapping task, which varies in difficulty according to the participant's performance on the task. Control group: Participants perform for 20 minutes with the corsi block tapping task, which is best span 1.

Age maximum90years-old
GenderMale and Female
Include criteria
Exclude criteriaHealthy young adults History of neurological or orthopedic disease that makes it difficult to perform this research project Healthy older adults Current or previous history of orthopedic or neurological disease of the hand that interferes with daily life. Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score less than 24 Difficulty in holding a sitting position.
