Include criteria
Exclude criteria1. Emergency cases 2. Patients who will receive mechanical ventilation after surgery 3. Preoperative acute kidney injury (preoperative eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73m2) 4. Kidney surgery 5. Surgery requiring hypotensive management 6. Preoperative mean blood pressure less than 75mmHg
