Primary OutcomePostoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) Time: we will measure abdominal fluid's amylase on postoperative day 3rd to determine whether there is POPF. We follow within 90 days after pancreaticoduodenectomy
Secondary OutcomeRisk factors relating to postoperative pancreatic fistula
