Intervention(s)

The participants consume 100mg ubiquinol after morning meal everyday.
The participants consume probiotics supplement after morning meal everyday.
The participants consume 100mg ubiquinol and probiotics supplement after morning meal everyday.
The participants consume 190mg tomato juice with morning meal everyday.
The participants consume 190mg tomato juice and probiotics supplement with morning meal everyday.
The participants experience the set of sauna bathing, cold water bathing, and the fresh air bathing twice a week or over.
The participants experience the set of sauna bathing, cold water bathing, and the fresh air bathing twice a week or over. In addition, they consume probiotics supplement after morning meal everyday.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: autonomic nerve function
• Secondary Outcome: blood pressure, cognitive function, immune function, skin condition, body composition, general blood exam, physical strength (grip strength, leg strength, walking speed)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20years-old
• Age maximum: Not applicable
• Gender: Male and Female
• Exclude criteria: (1) Have allergy against test foods. (2) Who are judged that their daily consume drugs or supplements would affect on this trial by doctor. (3) Who are undergoing therapy for cancer or serious diseases. (4) Pregnant or nursing. (5) Others who are judged to be ineligible by the investigator and co-workers.
