Intervention(s)

Insert silicon urinary catheter after general anesthesia. Keep inserted as much as needed after operation.
Insert latex urinary catheter after general anesthesia. Keep inserted as much as needed after operation.

Outcome(s)

• Primary Outcome: Severity of Catheter Related Bladder Discomfort (CRBD) (before exiting operation room and every 24h till the urinary catheter removed)

Key inclusion & exclusion criteria

• Age minimum: 20years-old
• Age maximum: 80years-old
• Gender: Male
• Exclude criteria: Bladder outflow obstruction, over activate bladder, diabetes mellitus, Parkinson's disease, Dementia, and chronic opioid use.
