Intervention1: combined therapy with probucol and cilostazol, Dose form:TABLET, Route of administration:ORAL, intended dose regimen:probucol,500mg; cilostazol 200mg daily. Control intervention1:aspirin (100 mg/day) prescription group, Dose form:TABLET, Route of administration:ORAL, Intended dose regimen:100mg tablet.

Outcome(s)

Primary Outcomeendothelial function. Timepoint:the end of treatment.
Secondary OutcomePresence of side effect. Timepoint: the end of treatment.

Include criterialacunar cerebral infarct diagnosed by MRI and hypercholesterolemia (LDL >140mg/gL)
Exclude criteriaallergic reaction to probucol, cilostazol, or aspirin or any other acute and/or severe disorders
