Secondary OutcomeOral swab pathogen density. Timepoint: Three days after from intubation.

Include criteriaIntubated patient with respiratory care in Intensive care units
Exclude criteriaPatients with oral and lip damage caused from facial trauma, facial burn, and anomaly
